做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
