做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
