做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
