做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
