做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
