做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
