做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
