做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
