做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
