做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
