做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
