做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
