做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
