做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
