做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
