做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
