做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
