做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
